Due to heavy competition, I think the fees asked must be at market rate. Market rate means not Professional Fees.

Example: I have been an ISO Consultant since 1992 (19 years). So what? A new and young consultant for 5 years can quote RM3,500 per day for Training. With my 19 years, I cannot even quote RM2,000 per day. So, market rate and professional fees story. Sometimes fees are so low at RM500 per day - I give FREE!
  • Malaysia - RM per day
  • Singapore - S$ per day
  • Airfare will be reimbursed.
  • Hotel accommodation, local transportation, meals etc will be provided.

So. Good News for Retirees!

But not so good news for active and current full-time Trainers. What do you think?

This is good news or better than no news. Brunei will appoint the following company for coordination, to speed up the process:

In Malaysia:
  • Brunei will pay TIJ Consultants Sdn Bhd.
  • TIJ Consultants Sdn Bhd will pay Trainers.
  • TIJ Consultants Sdn Bhd will screen all applications and feedback what Brunei says (too expensive, rejected, accepted for proposal, etc)
In Singapore:
  • Brunei will pay TIJ Consultants Singapore.
  • TIJ Consultants Singapore will pay Trainers.
  • Similar follow-up as in Malaysia.

Note: My first participation in ISO proposal was in Dec 2010 and the result just known on 11 Mar 2011. Result - Failed and rejected to get contract. So, I am willing and able to wait for 2 or 3 months just to know the outcome!
